Order Processing

My typical order processing time is 2-3 weeks starting with the next day after an order is placed.  Commission orders take about 3-4 weeks to complete. I will reach out to you if your order is taking longer than usual to process. 

Delivery

I ship my paintings via UPS Ground for USA and Canada. It takes about 3-10 business days to deliver. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. There is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped due to size, weight, and/or delivery address and must be picked up. I currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or any other international addresses except Canada.

Please note there can be delays with delivery caused by the mail carriers. Melting Flower is not responsible for the on time delivery of your order. Your order may take longer to deliver than business days indicated above.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship for free within the USA. Orders over $500 are eligible for free local delivery within 60 miles of my studio. All other shipping costs vary by location and item size. Shipping costs will be finalized after your order and may require additional payment beyond the original payment.

Studio Pickup

All orders are eligible for free studio pick up at 11806 W Greenleaf Ave, Chicago, IL 60626. Order processing times indicated above apply to store pick up orders as well.
